You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You can also dig it up at any time by logging in to my account and clicking order history. Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us asap using our contact form or give us a call at 1-800-378-7803. We process all orders very quickly once they are submitted, but we'll do our best to cancel if possible.

Can I use multiple coupon codes at checkout?
No, you can only use one coupon code per order, but we admire your pep. If you’ve encountered two valid Babyganics coupon codes during your travels through the internet, please choose a favorite. Word to the wise: coupon codes are calculated off the sub-total and tax does not count toward sub-total.

Can I use a coupon code on top of another promotion?
You can use a coupon code alongside our “free shipping over $40” promotion. The “free shipping” promotion is automatically applied when your order hits $40. Tax does not count towards order total.

My coupon code isn't working, what should I do?
If the coupon code you've entered doesn’t work, please check that the code was entered correctly, that your order qualifies for the promotion, and that the coupon code is still valid and not expired. Also, be sure to click the apply button on the payment page of the checkout process. Coupons must be applied to your order at checkout to qualify for a promotion; promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order has submitted. Why was my order canceled?
Unfortunately, from time-to-time we have to cancel an order or a portion of an order due to product being unavailable or out-of-stock at the time of shipment. Your order may also be cancelled if the shipping carrier was unable to complete the delivery or the shipment was damaged in transit. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification and a full refund (including shipping and handling fees) will automatically be processed for the portion of the order that was cancelled. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card.

How do I check the settings or status of my auto-delivery?
To check the settings or status of your subscription, first log in to your account. Once logged in, click manage auto-delivery. You should see an overview of any subscriptions, active or on hold. You can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us.

How do I modify my auto-delivery schedule, change the quantity, or size of products?
To modify your auto-delivery schedule or to add and remove products, simply log into your Babyganics account and click on manage auto-delivery. You can reactivate, cancel, place it on hold, or edit frequency all from there.

Why is my auto-delivery on hold?
Most likely, your auto-delivery is on hold because the credit card on-file is expired or locked. To update your payment information, click on your account, log in, and navigate to manage auto-delivery. You should see an overview of any auto-deliveries, active or on hold. You should see a block on the left side that says CHANGE BILLING. Click this to enter your new card info, then click UPDATE CARD.

What if I forgot to update diaper size on my auto-delivery order?
We get it, poop happens. Just contact our customer service team here or at 1-800-378-7803 Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm CST within 30 days of receiving the order and we'll give you a one-time "oops" size replacement. And you don't need to ship the wrong size back – we prefer you donate them to a diaper bank. Find a nearby location here.

What type of auto-delivery subscriptions do you have?
Unfortunately, we have turned off auto-delivery for new orders. We are still honoring existing subscriptions.

Can I put my auto-delivery on hold?
You can delay your next shipment by up to 90 days in the manage auto-delivery section in my account.

How do I cancel my auto-delivery?
If you wish to cancel, you can do so online at any time in the manage auto-delivery section of my account. Select ‘Cancel’ on the auto-delivery you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why. You will receive a confirmation email when your auto-delivery has been canceled.

How do I view future deliveries?
Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the manage auto-delivery section of my account.

Can I subscribe to other items besides diapers?
Unfortunately, we have turned off auto-delivery for new orders. We are still honoring existing subscriptions.

What are the terms & conditions for auto-delivery?
When you enroll in auto-delivery subscriptions, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the auto-delivery duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to skip an next order, put it on hold, or cancel the auto-delivery. Your card will only be charged when an order ships. If you want to cancel or change your auto-delivery, you can do so at any time. You will receive an email reminder 10 days before the order ships. You can either manage your auto-delivery from there or by accessing manage my auto-delivery.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders shipping ground generally arrive within 1-5 business days based on the delivery location. Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of the order placement. Tracking numbers are provided day of shipment.

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you'd like to change the address on an existing order, please contact us asap using our contact us form, or give us a call at 1-800-378-7803. We process all orders very quickly once they are submitted, but we'll do our best to change a shipping address if possible. If you'd like to change the shipping address associated with your account, just log in to your account and click on "addresses" to add a new one.

When do I need to have my order placed for expedited shipping?
Overnight and second day orders must be submitted by 2 pm est to be shipped out the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?
The short answer is, yes. we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $40. The long, fine-print answer is: ground shipping will be waived at checkout for orders of $40 or more. Tax does not count toward order total. A flat-rate shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied at checkout for all orders under $40. Valid on shipments to all U.S. states and territories including APO/FPO military bases. Free shipping not valid on overnight and 2nd day shipping.

What is your diaper guarantee?
You’ve got enough going on without diaper distress. If you aren’t happy with our Triple Dry Diapers within 30 days of receiving them just contact us and we’ll get to work on making things right.(this is limited to 1 per household up to $24.99). And rather than shipping them back, we hope you’ll donate them to a diaper bank. Find a nearby location here.

What is your refund policy?
If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, just contact our customer service team here or call them at 1-800-378-7803 Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm CST and we’ll get to work to make things right. Please note that PayPal transactions are time-sensitive; any PayPal orders over 90 days may not be available to be reprocessed.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and the credit has been applied to your credit card. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day your order ships out of our warehouse. An authorization will be held on your card once you place your order.

My credit card is not processing. Why?
There can be a lot of reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information might have been entered incorrectly, the card may have expired or reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Can I buy Babyganics at any retail locations?
Yes, you can buy most of our products at national retailers like target, Walgreens and CVS, or at online retailers like Amazon or Buy Buy Baby. Not every retail location sells all of our products, so it’s a good idea to call your local store to make sure they have what you want in stock. For more details on where you can find our products check out the 'find a store' link found in the footer under 'shop'.

Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We can only guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on babyganics.com, at our retail locations, and through authorized partnerships. We’re not able to process returns or exchanges, or otherwise assist with orders not placed through babyganics.com.

You don’t have to be a baby to enjoy the benefits of our products. They're great for the whole family, so we’re all for sharing.

Is it true babyganics® 20oz chamomile verbena bubble bath was recalled in 2022?
In April of 2022, we voulentarily recalled two lots of babyganics® 20oz chamomile verbena bubble bath that contained the bacterium Pluralibacter gergoviae. While infants may be more susceptible than adults, Pluralibacter gergoviae does not usually cause healthy individuals to become sick. However, it may pose a risk of infection to those who are immunocompromised or have broken or irritated skin, such as diaper rash. We took this risk very seriously, so we voluntarily recalled affected bottles from retailers and asked consumers to determine whether they had affected product in their home by using a dedicated site. You can now contact us if you have further questions. Your family’s health and safety, and your peace of mind, are our top priorities. We’re taking all necessary steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Are Babyganics skincare products non-irritating?
Absolutely. Our personal care products like bodywash, lotion, bubble bath, hair care, sun care, insect repellent and hand sanitizer are tested by independent clinical laboratories to make sure they are non-sensitizing and non-irritating.

Are your ingredients and formulas certified organic?
No. We formulate with plant-derived ingredients, certified organic ingredients, as well as carefully chosen synthetics or preservatives needed to create the most effective formulas we can. Unless specifically indicated on the label (identified with the * or † symbol), our products themselves are not certified organic. They always live up to our highest standards, which we ensure all the way through our process, from our formulation development to our rigorous testing. Do you use preservatives?
Yes. And here’s why: water-based skincare and cleaning products without preservatives can get contaminated and breed harmful bacteria and microorganisms. That’s why we thoughtfully select safe and well researched preservative systems to ensure you always experience the best of our products.

We formulate without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, silicones, dyes or synthetic fragrances. What materials do you use to make your diapers?
"Get ready for a detailed answer because we couldn’t be prouder of our Triple Dry Diapers! Our driest, most absorbent diaper with new U-shaped channel quickly whisks wetness from baby. Our diapers are made with plant-derived and traditional ingredients and made without latex, petroleum-based lotions or fragrance. Our diapers use totally chlorine free (TCF) fluff pulp. We use a soft, non-woven polypropylene for the top sheet, a breathable PE film back sheet, providing a cloth-like feel inside and out for additional comfort, strong tabs and stretchy wings for a secure fit and a wetness indicator now on all sizes. In addition, there’s an umbilical cord cutout on Size Newborn and front & back leakage cuffs designed for blowout protection on Size 1 and Size 2. But wait, here’s the best part: our diapers are made with a touch of NeoNourish® on the topsheet – our own blend of tomato, sunflower, cranberry, black cumin, and raspberry seed oils."

Are the ingredients in your sunscreens safe?
The FDA regulates all sunscreens, including ours, to make sure they meet safety and effectiveness standards. We have chosen the active sunscreen ingredients in our products because the FDA believes, based on the available science, that they are safe and effective.

What ingredients do you use in your sunscreen?
All of our sunscreens contain mineral-based physical active ingredients Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. All of our sunscreen products are formulated to meet our high ingredient standards and the standards of the FDA sunscreen Over-the-Counter Drug Monograph and we take great care to formulate all of our products so that you can use them with confidence on your little ones.

Does your hand sanitizer prevent COVID-19?
No. Our hand sanitizer is not alcohol-based, so it is not recommended by the Centers for Disease Control to be used to counter SARS-CoV-2, the virus that can cause COVID-19. While our sanitizer is formulated to kill 99.9 percent of bacteria, SARS-CoV-2 is a virus, not a bacterium. We have not tested our sanitizer against it, and we do not currently have plans to. Beyond that, we’ll let the experts at the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control explain the best way to avoid infection.

Can I use your hand sanitizing products on my baby?
The short answer is, yes. Still, hand sanitizers work best when they’re used by the people around your irresistible baby. That’s how you reduce the spread of bacteria, and that’s what we recommend. Remember, our hand sanitizer is not recommended to counter COVID-19.

Do you use alcohol in your hand sanitizer?
No, Babyganics hand sanitizers are alcohol-free. Instead, we use the key active ingredient benzalkonium chloride at 0.1%. We design our products with babies’ delicate skin in mind. Alcohol alone may be drying to skin, so we avoid using it as an active ingredient. Plus, benzalkonium chloride won’t stain clothing, because honestly, what more can those little outfits possibly endure? And like we mentioned above, our hand sanitizer is not recommended to counter COVID-19.
